GREENSX Green Directory

You do not need to be listed on the Green Stock Exchange (GREENSX) to list your company, brands and products on the GREENSX Green Directory. The GREENSX Green Directory is a online directory similar to an enhanced YELLOW PAGES, for:

  • Green Companies (Unlisted on the GREENSX)
  • Green Products

  • Listed Companies on GREENSX
  • Pending Direct Public Offerings (DPO) and Initial Public Offeings (IPO) on GREENSX
  • GREENSX Sponsors
  • Green Investors & Social Venture Capitalists
  • Nominated Advisors
  • Brokers

The GREENSX Green Directory includes company business activities (general company information, operating locations, management affiliations and stock trading statistics), company brands, shopping sites, and social networks (company forums, blogs, wikis).

Company Business Activities

In our Company Business Activities section, we include general company information, operating locations, management affiliations, and stock trading statistics on the types of companies above.

Green Brands and Shopping Sites

In our Green Brands and Shopping Sites section, this allows green businesses to list all their brands and product information, along with a link to a shopping page where consumers can buy your products or services online.

It can also be lined to your shop portal of the E=MC² Creative Friends Network, where consumers can buy your products or services online through our green social network.

Green Social Network

The GREENSX Green Directory is fully integrated with our E=MC² Creative Friends Network.

Members from our grassroots green social network will also be able to suggest new ideas for your brands that is listed on the GREENSX Green Directory, through our forums, blogs and wikis.

Notice: The Green Stock Exchange (GREENSX) is designed as a collaborative system for bringing together investors, issuers, companies, non-profit organizations and people interested in small eco-friendly, socially responsible and sustainable businesses, including those in the creative industry (music, art, movies, performances). The Green Stock Exchange is a “Web 3.0 eBAY.COM AUCTION STYLED” venue to allow for trading of shares directly between investors of SEC exempted Regulation A, SB-1, SB-2, small company offering registration (SCOR) shares and carbon trading under the United States Securities Act of 1933.

The Green Stock Exchange does not act as a stock broker-dealer, nor is a licensed broker-dealer. We also do not give advice on the merits of a trade or promote the shares traded or negotiate prices for the shares traded. Furthermore, investors are warned of the risk of liquidity since the shares on the Green Stock Exchange are not traded on any well known registered securities exchange or through NASDAQ; there is no guarantee that investors will be able to sell the issuer ’s shares at the price paid or at any particular indication of interest.

This is not an offer of shares or a solicitation of an offer to buy the shares in any jurisdiction where it has not been qualified or lawful. No sale of shares may be made in any state unless pursuant to qualifications or an exemption from qualification, which also includes, Rule 254 of Regulation A, which allows an issuer to “test the waters” for a prospectus offering through a pre-offering solicitation of interest.
