If an issuer already listed on another stock exchange may list directly on another stock exchange, recognized by Green Stock Exchange (GREENSX), such as Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) or TSX Venture Exchange or NASDAQ or any other exchange that meets our listing standards.

Note, the company must also meet the social and environmental guidelines of the Green Stock Exchange (GREENSX).

As well, these issuers may be eligible for certain exemptions from our regulatory and reporting requirements if you are listed on a stock exchange recognized by Green Stock Exchange (GREENSX).
